LuxuryInStock Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and validity

These general terms and conditions govern remote purchases of products and services through www.luxuryinstock.com by customers, in accordance with applicable legislation including the Consumer Code and the GDPR. Before confirming an order, the Customer must read these Terms, the Privacy & Cookie Policy and the other legal notices available on the website.

2. Products and order procedure

Product features, availability and prices are described on the relevant product pages. The Customer adds products to the cart, accepts these Terms, provides shipping and billing data and selects a payment method. Sending the order constitutes a contractual proposal by the Customer. The contract is concluded when LuxuryInStock accepts the order by confirmation email.

3. Product information

Descriptions and images are provided on the website. Images are representative and may not perfectly reflect colour, detail or dimensions. In the event of discrepancy, the written description prevails. Luxury, pre-owned or NOS items may show natural differences or minor signs connected with their materials, age or storage, which do not constitute defects when correctly described.

4. Prices, shipping and customs

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. For international deliveries, customs duties, import charges and taxes may apply when the product reaches the destination country and are borne by the Customer unless otherwise indicated.

5. Payment and invoicing

Available payment methods may include bank transfer, card, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. The order is processed after payment confirmation. The Customer is responsible for providing correct billing details.

6. Availability

Availability is subject to confirmation. Some products may come from partner jewellers or selected suppliers. If a product is unavailable after the order, LuxuryInStock will contact the Customer to confirm alternatives, partial fulfilment or cancellation and refund.

7. Delivery

LuxuryInStock ships with insured couriers and provides tracking when available. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures or force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Where applicable, consumer customers may exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions described in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Returned products must be intact, unused and complete with original accessories, documents and packaging.

9. Warranty and authenticity

LuxuryInStock guarantees the authenticity of products sold and their conformity with the description. Warranty terms may vary depending on whether the item is new, NOS or pre-owned and are indicated on the website or in the product documentation.

10. Liability

LuxuryInStock is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, delays caused by third parties, force majeure or improper use of products by the Customer.

11. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, layouts and contents of the website are protected and may not be copied or used without authorisation. Third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any consumer rights provided by mandatory law remain unaffected.
