Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to purchases made on the website www.luxuryinstock.com, owned by LuxuryInStock di Simone Cossu, headquartered at Via Moretto 52, 25121 Brescia (BS) – Italy, VAT No. 03623340985.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers)

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the Customer acts as a consumer (i.e., for purposes unrelated to professional activity), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receipt of the product, without the need to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, the Customer must:

  1. Send an explicit communication to info@luxuryinstock.com within 14 days from receipt of the goods, specifying:

    • order number

    • full name

    • product code

    • declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal

  2. Wait for instructions via email containing the return address and shipping method.


2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned intact, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original accessories, documentation, certificates, warranty cards, and original packaging (including any protective films, outer box, case, and manuals) must be included.

  • Returns of items showing signs of wear, tampering, or alterations compared to the original condition will not be accepted.

  • The return shipment must be made within 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated their intention to withdraw.

LuxuryInStock reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions listed above.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Customer is responsible for proper packaging and safe shipment of the product.

  • It is recommended to use a tracked and insured courier to ensure shipment safety.

  • LuxuryInStock is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the Customer’s chosen courier.


4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, LuxuryInStock will notify the Customer via email of the acceptance of the return and will proceed with the refund within 14 business days.

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The refunded amount will include the product price, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In the event of damage, wear, or missing original components, an amount proportional to the decrease in value may be deducted.


5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

  • Customized, engraved, or modified products made to the Customer’s specifications;

  • Sealed watches or items that have been opened after delivery and are no longer suitable for resale for hygienic or authenticity reasons;

  • Products sold on a “Consignment Sale” basis, commission, or sourced specifically on request (e.g., procured from external suppliers for the Customer);

  • Pre-owned or second-hand products sold with explicit mention of their condition at the time of purchase (minor variations do not constitute grounds for return).


6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery:

  1. The Customer must notify info@luxuryinstock.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  2. LuxuryInStock will evaluate the report and provide instructions for replacement or refund.

If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by LuxuryInStock, and the Customer may choose between:

  • Replacement of the product (if available)

  • Full refund


7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from receipt of the returned product in acceptable condition, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
For payments made by bank transfer, the Customer must provide their bank details (IBAN and account holder’s name).


8. Products Sold “On Request” or “On Consignment”

Some watches or items may be sold on request or on consignment, sourced from private collections or partner dealers.
In such cases, special sales conditions apply, which are communicated before purchase, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, no withdrawal or refund is available.
