Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy defines the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made on www.luxuryinstock.com, owned by LuxuryInStock di Simone Cossu, Via Moretto 52, 25121 Brescia (BS), Italy, VAT No. 03623340985.


1. Right of withdrawal for consumer customers

Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the Customer acts as a consumer, they may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from delivery of the last item in the order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The Customer must send an explicit notice to info@luxuryinstock.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, indicating order number, name and surname, product code and the intention to withdraw. The Customer must then wait for email instructions with the return address and shipping method.


2. Conditions for accepting a return

The product must be returned intact, unused and in the same condition in which it was received. All original accessories, documents, certificates, warranty and original packaging must be present. Returns showing signs of use, tampering or alteration compared with the original condition will not be accepted. The return must be shipped within 14 days from the withdrawal notice. LuxuryInStock may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Customer is responsible for correct packaging and shipment. We recommend using an insured and traceable courier. LuxuryInStock is not liable for loss or damage caused by the courier chosen by the Customer.


4. Refunds

After receiving and checking the product, LuxuryInStock will confirm acceptance of the return by email and will issue the refund within 14 days from receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refunded amount includes the product price and any standard shipping costs paid at purchase. Additional or premium delivery services are not refunded.


5. Exchanges

Product exchanges are possible only if agreed in advance with LuxuryInStock and subject to availability. Any price differences or additional shipping costs will be agreed with the Customer before the exchange is confirmed.


6. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products

If the product received is damaged, incorrect or not as described, the Customer must contact info@luxuryinstock.com as soon as possible, attaching photographs and details of the issue. LuxuryInStock will assess the case and provide instructions for return, replacement or refund.


7. Exclusions

Returns may be refused for products used, damaged, altered, missing original accessories or documents, or returned without prior authorisation. Bespoke, personalised or specially sourced products may be excluded from withdrawal where permitted by law.
