LuxuryInStock Code of Ethics

This Code of Ethics defines the principles, values and rules that guide the activity of LuxuryInStock di Simone Cossu, in order to promote correct, transparent conduct consistent with the image of the brand.
It is addressed to all those who work for or with LuxuryInStock: owners, collaborators, employees, partners, suppliers, agents and external parties.


1. Purpose, scope and premises

  • The Code aims to make all stakeholders aware of the ethical rules, guiding values and expected conduct.
  • It applies in Italy and abroad, in all contexts in which LuxuryInStock operates.
  • All parties involved must comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the principles of the Code.
  • Any report of a violation must be handled impartially, and the reporting person will be protected from any retaliatory action.

  • Integrity and fairness: acting honestly, in compliance with rules and moral principles.
  • Transparency: communicating clearly and verifiably with clients, partners and collaborators.
  • Respect for people: valuing dignity, professionalism and diversity.
  • Responsibility: accepting the consequences of one’s actions and decisions.
  • Quality and excellence: pursuing high standards in the products and services offered.
  • Protection of reputation: preserving the image and credibility of the brand.

3. Ethical principles and expected conduct

3.1 Legality and regulatory compliance
All activities must be carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any unlawful conduct is prohibited.

3.2 Conflicts of interest
Everyone must avoid situations in which personal interests may interfere with company interests. Any conflicts must be reported promptly.

3.3 Integrity in relations with clients and suppliers

  • Commercial relationships must be based on fairness, equal opportunities and competence.
  • Favouritism, unlawful agreements, undue promises or improper influence are not permitted.
  • Products must be authentic, consistent with their descriptions and accompanied by truthful certifications.

3.4 Gifts and benefits

  • Offering or receiving gifts or benefits is permitted only if of modest value and on customary occasions, without influencing decisions.
  • Forms of corruption or payments outside legitimate arrangements are not permitted.

3.5 Confidentiality and protection of information

  • Company, technical, commercial and client-related information is confidential and must not be disclosed without authorisation.
  • Personal data must be protected in compliance with GDPR regulations.

3.6 Proper use of company resources

  • Material and instrumental resources must be used diligently and only for company purposes.
  • Improper or unauthorised personal use is prohibited.

3.7 Environment, health and safety
LuxuryInStock is committed to respecting environmental regulations, promoting sustainable behaviour and ensuring safe working conditions for collaborators.


4. Reports and protection of the reporting person

  • An internal channel is available for reporting violations or suspected non-compliant conduct.
  • Reports must be detailed and reasoned, and may be anonymous where permitted.
  • The reporting person will be protected from any retaliation, discrimination or penalty.

5. Sanctions and consequences

Violation of the rules of the Code may result in disciplinary measures proportionate to the seriousness of the matter, up to termination of the contractual or cooperative relationship, without prejudice to applicable legal provisions.


6. Communication, training and updates

  • The Code is published on the website and communicated to collaborators and partners.
  • LuxuryInStock promotes periodic training so that everyone understands the principles of the Code.
  • The Code may be reviewed and updated upon management proposal or based on regulatory developments.

7. Final provisions

  • This Code of Ethics integrates with company policies such as Privacy, Terms & Conditions, Returns and others.
  • Every recipient of the Code is required to respect both its spirit and its letter.
  • Application of the Code does not exclude compliance with legal, contractual or statutory obligations.
