What warranty does LuxuryInStock offer?

What are the shipping times and costs?
We ship worldwide with insured couriers (UPS, DHL, SDA):
- Italy: estimated delivery in about 10 days, standard cost
- Europe: estimated delivery in about 14 days, standard cost
Every shipment is fully insured for the declared value.
Italy: shipping in Italy costs €29.99, with a delivery time of 14 days.
Europe: shipping in Europe costs €29.99, with a delivery time of 14 days.
Which payment methods can I use?
On luxuryinstock.com you can make purchases using different payment methods:
- Credit/debit card: we accept all types of cards (American Express, PostePay, Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
- Bank transfer: for purchases by bank transfer, select the “bank transfer” option at checkout and, after confirming the order, make the transfer to the bank details shown during checkout.
- Klarna, installment payment: on request, thanks to our collaboration with Klarna, we offer payment in 3 installments. Select “Klarna” at checkout and follow the indicated steps. N.B.: At the moment, Klarna is valid only for products priced between €35 and €2000. We are working to increase this limit.

Are taxes and customs fees included?
The prices shown do not include any customs duties, taxes or import charges.
These may be applied when the product arrives in your country of residence.
What does "NOS" mean?
On our platform you can purchase a wide range of NOS watches. NOS stands for “New Old Stock”, meaning watches that remained unsold in stock, have never been used and are therefore new.
Can I return a watch?
Yes: we offer the possibility of return within 14 days of purchase, provided that the condition of the watch and packaging complies with our policies.

Depending on the availability of the payment system, installment payment solutions may be available through enabled external providers.
