Return and Refund Policy

At LuxuryInStock we are committed to ensuring maximum satisfaction with every purchase. This policy describes the conditions and procedure for requesting a return or refund.
1. Right of withdrawal
Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the last item in the order. The period includes weekends and public holidays.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent within the indicated period to:

2. Return conditions
The product must be returned in the following condition:
- Not worn and not used
- In the original condition of purchase
- With all original accessories included, such as box, papers, certificates, additional strap, etc.
- With the original packaging intact
- Free from scratches, signs of wear or alterations
Factory-sealed products (NOS — New Old Stock) cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened, except in the case of conformity defects.
3. Products excluded from returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products customised or modified at the customer’s request
- Products with original packaging opened (sealed NOS products)
- Products damaged for reasons attributable to the customer
- Purchases made by non-consumer entities (B2B)
4. Return procedure
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@luxuryinstock.com with the subject “Return request — [order number]”
- Indicate the reason for the return and attach photos of the product and packaging
- Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our team, within 2 business days
- Ship the product to the indicated address, with suitable packaging and insured shipping
The refunded amount will include the product price and the standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. Any additional costs chosen by the customer for premium delivery methods will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
5. Refund
Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
LuxuryInStock reserves the right to apply a reduction to the refund if the value of the product has decreased due to unnecessary handling.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
If the product is defective, damaged during shipment or does not match the description:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@luxuryinstock.com
- Attach detailed photos of the defect and packaging
- We will arrange replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs
7. Warranty
All products sold by LuxuryInStock are authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, timepieces are sold in the condition described (NOS, pre-owned, etc.) and do not include an active manufacturer’s warranty unless expressly indicated.
